On Free, a 7% service fee is added at checkout (card processing included). On Growth you only cover card processing. On Scale there's nothing extra; Collide covers processing. Creators never pay a fee and keep 100%.
Starting a chat with a creator you've never talked to: 10 a month on Free, 50 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. Replies and ongoing chats don't count, and neither do creators who applied to your campaigns or messaged you first. It resets on the 1st.
A boost puts a campaign at the top of creators' feeds for 7 days. Every plan can boost: 1 campaign at a time on Free, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale. When a boost ends you can start it again.
Campaigns you post each calendar month: 3 on Free, 15 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. It resets on the 1st. Closing or deleting a campaign doesn't give a post back, reopening a closed one doesn't use a new post, and one-off deals you send in chat never count.
Yes. Upgrading or moving between Growth and Scale takes effect right away, and Stripe prorates the difference. To cancel or downgrade, use Manage billing in Settings; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
No. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

No. Creators join free, apply to campaigns and keep 100% of every deal. Creator Pro ($19/month) is optional: an instant email when a matching campaign is posted, see which brands viewed your profile, a gold “Creator Pro applied” alert to brands when you apply, one free profile boost a month, a Pro badge and a bigger portfolio.
